Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over $80 CAD.

Do you ship to US and other countries worldwide?

We currently ship within Canada only but stay tuned!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Canada Post for shipping.

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

Process time + Delivery standard = Estimated Time of Arrival

Process time: estimated 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Delivery standard by Canada Post:

  • estimated 2 - 3 business days within Greater Vancouver
  • estimated 3 - 5 business days within BC
  • estimated 5 - 10 business days for other provinces in Canada

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Standard Shipping (No Tracking): $5 CAD.

Standard Shipping (Tracking Available): $10 CAD.

Do you offer local pick up options?

Currently we are not offering any local pick up.  If you need to receive your order within a certain timeframe, please contact us.  We will try our best to deliver to you.

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

Due to the scarcity of our products and hygiene reasons, all items are final sale.  Thank you for your understanding.  For more information, refer to our Refund Policy

Can I shower with my fashion jewelries?

Rule of Thumb: It is recommended to take off jewelry before you shower.  Always keep your jewelry dry.  For more information on how to care for your fashion jewelry, check our Fashion Jewelry Care page.

Can I use multiple promotion codes on my order?

You can only apply ONE discount promotion code per order.  Some promotion codes is offer to the customer one time only.  Check to make sure you entered the correct promotion code as we cannot make adjustments once order submitted.  If your promotion code does not work, please contact us.  We will be happy to double check for you prior you make your purchase.

Is it possible to order sold out items?

Please contact us which item(s) you are interested and we will try our best to order them for you.  

Do you accept pre-order?

Yes we do accept pre-order when item(s) are sold out.  Please contact us to pre-order to secure the item(s) you want and quantity.
