We want you to be happy with your new purchase. Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact our customer service via email within 2 days after receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right.
Due to the scarcity of our products and hygiene reasons, all items will be final sale.
Promotional, sale items, all collections and all products are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
No refund/exchange due to change of mind or misunderstanding of item size or color.
We are not able to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We double check our products and ensure they are in good condition prior we ship the items to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and if item is defective or damaged, contact us within 2 days after products are delivered with no exception. We are not able to replace defective/damaged items if we don't receive your notice within 2 days after delivery. Please provide a brief description of the problem and video/image of the defect. We will review and if approved, will replace your item or may offer a one time exchange for another product by issuing a store credit. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in unused condition and original packaging within 5 days of receipt. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. There is no restocking fee. Shipping fee that was charged to the invoice at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for the item if the error was made by you or the carrier which includes but not limited to, incorrect variants ordered, incorrect address/info at checkout and or change of mind. All returns are assessed on a case by case basis and we will offer you a solution according to your case. We reserve the right to decline returns, refunds and exchanges.

Cancellation / Modify orders
Please double check the item(s) you want to purchase and the shipping address prior you submit the order as we cannot cancel / modify the order once order is submitted. We aim to process orders as fast as possible.
