Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Orders placed on a weekend or statutory holiday will be processed within the next 2 to 3 business days. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Please note that there maybe potential delays due to a high volume of orders. 

Shipping Charges

We currently ship within Canada only.

Our standard shipping is provided by Canada Post without tracking number.  It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website.  We are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete / wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.  

We are not able to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have  been confirmed as delivered.  Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. 

The delivery standard for regular mail sent within Canada by Canada Post:

  • estimated 2 - 3 business days within Greater Vancouver
  • estimated 3 - 5 business days within BC
  • estimated 5 - 10 business days for other provinces in Canada

Please note that there maybe potential delays especially during periods of high demand, such as holidays.  Shipping times are not under our control and cannot be guaranteed. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $30 CAD.

Standard Shipping (No Tracking): $5 CAD.

Standard Shipping (Tracking Available): $8 CAD.

Separate Shipments

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster.  You may receive one item before the next separately due to product availability.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.  If you selected the tracking available option, we will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within estimated days [refer to "Shipping Charges" section] of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@norikoll.com with your first and last name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

We are not able to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.  Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We double check our products and ensure they are in good condition prior we ship the items to you.  Please inspect your order upon reception and if item is defective or damaged, contact us within 2 days after products are delivered with no exception.  We are not able to replace defective/damaged items if we don't receive your notice within 2 days after delivery.  Please provide a brief description of the problem and video/image of the defect.  We will review and if approved, will replace your item or may offer a one time exchange for another product by issuing a store credit.
